After getting test reports, you are told it was anxiety? Have you ever been scared that your breath might stop because your chest feels tight and your breathing isn\u2019t regular? Do you avoid meeting people because you\u2019re afraid they might judge you if you suddenly start feeling anxious in their presence and have to quickly leave? If any of these things have happened to you, I can understand how you must have felt. I can understand what it\u2019s like to experience this for hours on end. I can understand how it feels when you\u2019re sitting among others and suddenly start feeling anxious. I can understand how it feels when a panic attack strikes and it feels like you\u2019re stuck with it. I understand the struggle of dealing with those doubtful thoughts that linger all day. I can relate to how even small tasks can feel like a big deal. I can understand the uneasiness of suddenly leaving a place or situation due to strange anxiety or worry. And I know what it\u2019s like to fear accidents or losing control while driving. How the thought of flying can also bring about fear. How it feels when those close to you can\u2019t comprehend your problem and might even judge you. I can understand those moments when scary or harmful thoughts of all kinds start popping up in your mind. How the mind is clouded with doubts and unsettling thoughts throughout the day. I understand that feeling when your body suddenly feels strange sensations like dizziness, sweating, dry mouth, burning stomach, odd discomfort, lump in throat, strange taste in your mouth, dizziness, heaviness in the head, fever-like sensations, numbness in hands and feet, fear, agitation, chest tightness or pain, feeling like a pinprick, tingling in the tongue or jaws, tiredness, stickiness or haziness in the eyes, weakness. And I also understand that sense of hopelessness when you feel like things will never get better. I know you\u2019ve tried various remedies and traditional practices to fix it, but they haven\u2019t worked. I understand because I\u2019ve been through all of this myself. I also know that those around you may not experience this problem, so they may wonder why you\u2019re always so anxious. They might offer advice to get over it, but you don\u2019t know how to do that. But now, you can relax and know that this problem is going to end. It truly does come to an end. You are on the path to getting better. And it\u2019s not going to turn into a situation where you lose control or go out of control, nor are you going to be stuck in this forever. Panic attacks or anxiety are common and unpleasant, but they can\u2019t harm you. They\u2019re not here to harm you or to make you unhappy. In fact, they\u2019re here to teach you something so you can learn to enjoy life. You might be amazed at how a problem like this can lead to a happier life. But I\u2019m telling you based on my own experience and the experiences of those who have been recovered. And it\u2019s also reassuring to know that your problem is not unique. Experiencing anxiety is common. Many people have gone through it. You may not even realize who around you is silently dealing with this. Just as many people may not know about you. Don\u2019t think that you are weaker or lack courage compared to others just because you have anxiety. Even VIPs, famous, working in army and police departments and elite individuals have experienced anxiety. And with the right guidance, they have become not only better but also stronger individuals. You are on your way back to your normal life through my course. What you learn from me, if you genuinely apply it, will not only help you get better but also turn you into a much stronger person.
