🌿 Removing Misconception About Anxiety
Anxiety can affect our lives in various ways. For some, anxiety arises in certain situations where they hesitate to present themselves in front of others, known as social anxiety. For others, it prevents them from leaving their home, a condition referred to as agoraphobia. Some associate it with superstitions and magic spells. However, anxiety is primarily a behavioral issue, related to chemical processes in the brain, specifically an over-sensitization of the nervous system. Understanding this can lead to easy recovery.
