❓ Why We Can’t Fix Anxiety

Because we don’t know the root cause of anxiety. We don’t know its origin. Until you understand the root of the problem, you can’t find a solution. Once you identify the root cause, target it directly and eliminate the issue. But when we don’t know the root cause, we start cutting branches.

I understand that you may have tried various treatments to manage anxiety. Like relaxation techniques, meditation, medications, yoga, books, diet, exercise, various therapies, techniques, etc. But you might have returned disappointed from all these sources. You might be thinking that now your life will never be the same.  But this thought is not true.

🌱 Root Cause of Anxiety

Actually, the treatments you’ve tried aim to alleviate or manage your symptoms rather than address the root cause of your anxiety. They are merely cutting branches and not targeting the root.

What is the root cause?

Perhaps even you don’t know it yet. Anxiety would vanish if you understood it. When you first experienced panic or heightened anxiety symptoms, you probably attributed them to a specific event and tried to manage the symptoms. However, the true cause existed long before that. It resides within you, is hidden, and often goes unnoticed. You wander around seeking treatments, merely managing symptoms, unable to eliminate them. You need to identify that cause and work on it. Once you do that, you don’t need to manage symptoms; you can eliminate them.

🧭 My Personal Experience

I managed to completely overcome my symptoms. It’s easy, and I’ll start explaining how.

We tend to believe our anxiety is due to external situations, people’s behaviour, overthinking, symptoms, events, emergencies, long-term illnesses, the fear of death, broken relationships, and more. We need to address and improve these factors. Thus, we adopt various methods we know or are told to follow: exercise, nutrition, positive thinking, meditation, distractions, fixing relationships, avoiding triggers, taking medication, therapy, and more. These approaches are helpful, but they offer temporary relief, and anxiety returns. We find ourselves in its grip again, unsure of what to do.

🧠 Sensitivity & Misconceptions

This happens because we often misunderstand the true root of the problem. By coping with anxiety symptoms, we’re just cutting branches rather than targeting the actual root of the problem. Sometimes, we even believe we’re weaker, more cowardly, or less intelligent than others, leading to anxiety. However, this isn’t accurate. Even courageous and intelligent individuals experience anxiety. It’s not a matter of strength or intelligence.

One reason that comes to our attention upon closer examination is our sensitivity. Our sensitivity is a bit higher than others. Where others don’t pay much attention, we tend to focus more on things. We overthink a bit more. Being introverted is more common for us. We think that if we were carefree like others or more extroverted, then we wouldn’t experience anxiety, our sensitivity, being empathetic, has led us to anxiety. This reason is, to some extent, valid.

🕊️ Solution & How My Course Helps

It’s actually quite simple.

Your problem didn’t arise from an external virus or infections that require medication. Although medication helps with symptoms, it doesn’t directly change the thought pattern or unwary attitude that contributes to the problem. Even if you get better with medication, you might fall back into anxiety.

I’ll teach you how to avoid falling into anxiety. I’ll show you how our thought processes work, why and how we create anxiety, and how to stop struggling with it. You can learn to extricate yourself from your mind and heal an over-sensitive nervous system naturally. Once you learn and apply my Simple Technique series, you’ll quickly see remarkable results.

After enrolling in my course, people say they feel a sense of care and support from me. In fact, I take your well-being as my responsibility. Without judging you, I am always here with you as a care-taker guide and friend. Feel free to share anything with me without hesitation.
