16.1 You will behave politely and respectfully with me or any other participant.
16.2 If you spread abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or false information, your access may be cancelled without refund.

Commitment to Confidentiality
17.1 Whatever you tell me (email, conversation, messages, Google Classroom) – will remain completely confidential.
17.2 I will not share your identity or conversations with anyone.
17.3 Exception: If the law compels me (court order) or there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else (then I may contact emergency services).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
19.1 Laws of India shall apply to any dispute.
19.2 Both parties shall first attempt an amicable solution (via email).
19.3 Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Palwal, Haryana, India.

Severability
20.1 If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain fully applicable.

Indemnity
21.1 You agree that if any legal claim arises due to your misuse or violation, the full responsibility shall be yours.

Changes to Policies

22.2 Continuing to use the website or course after changes means you agree to the new policies.

Entire Agreement
23.1 This document is the complete legal agreement between you and Manjeet Singh.
